2013 Boat Rentals

Listed below are the boat rental costs for canoes, kayaks and a limited number of tandems and stand up paddle boards. Boats must be picked up at Coney Island the day of the event. All boats will be preassigned. Paddlers will receive a colored boat livery ticket at registration to retrieve your boat. After completing the paddle, all rental boat paddlers will take out in front of the Showboat Majestic (look for signs) where rental boats may be dropped off.  To rent a boat you must first register for the event, the online form will then ask you what type of boat you wish to rent.  Your Paddlefest registration covers shuttle bus service, river closure, insurance, Friday night festival & concert including boat demos, basket raffle, classes etc. 

Age restrictions: Children ages 4-14 must be accompanied by an adult. A canoe can hold two adults and two children.

Kayaks – Tandems – Stand Up Paddle Boards  (same price as kayaks)

Kayaks – seats 1 paddler
Tandem kayaks – seats 2 paddlers (open on top)
SUP – Stand up paddle board (one paddler standing on board)
