West side packet pick at Jim & Jack’s on River Road.

Thursday 8/1

5:00 - 7:00 pm

East side packet pick up at Roads Rivers and Trails in Milford.

Friday 8/2 - Outdoors for All Expo | Schmidt Recreation Complex

4:00 - 8:00 pm

4:00 - 9:30 pm

Registration, packet pick up, boat drop off, and camper set up.

Outdoors for All Expo — exhibitors, hands-on activities, live music, local beer, and more!

Friday Parking

Paddlefest participants should arrive at Schmidt Recreation Complex for boat unloading and parking. If you’re just attending the expo, please park on streets adjacent to the park or at Riverview East Academy and walk in following the Ohio River Trail.

Saturday 8/3 - Paddlefest

6:00 - 7:30 am — Early parking with shuttle for 9 mile paddlers from Gilday Riverside Park

6:30 - 8:30 am — Registration and packet pick up at put-in Schmidt Recreation Complex

6:45 am — Mandatory racer meeting. No race day registration.

7:00 am — Races start

7:00 - 8:00 am — Parking with shuttle for 4.5 mile paddlers from Public Landing

7:15 am — Paddlers put-in and depart

8:00 am — Deadline to claim rental boats

8:30 am — Put-in closes for ALL paddlers

9:00 am — Free shuttles from take outs to Schmidt begin

10:00 am — Racer award presentation at Finish Line Festival

10:30 am — Midpoint Pit Stop closes to 9 mile paddlers; take out remains open for 4.5 mile paddlers

10:45 am — Mill Creek Peek tours conclude

11:00 am — Deadline for all 4.5 mile paddlers to exit river at Public Landing

12:00 pm — Last shuttle to Schmidt runs from Public Landing for 4.5 mile paddlers

12:00 pm — Deadline for all 9 mile paddlers to exit river at Gilday Riverside Park

12:30 pm — Ohio River re-opens to motorized traffic

2:00 pm — Finish Line Festival closes, last shuttle runs for paddlers
